This builder has been operating for 10 years with a strong backing and a focus on repeat work with their key clients.
As a result of strategic growth and a strong relationship with the developer, this builder is looking to grow into Melbourne market, with the adequate resources.
Opportunity:
You will be a founding member of the Melbourne team, with a landmark Commercial project valued over $300m.
You will be leading this project and will have an opportunity to be apart of the business's largest project in History!
This project is set to start in August and will be a full ECI project.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the administration of project contracts, including head contracts and subcontracts.
Processing and tracking subcontractor progress claims, payments, and variations as Commercial Lead.
Coordinating the issuance and tracking of project documentation such as EOT's, RFI's, and site instructions.
Maintaining and organising accurate project documentation and contract records, ensuring all files are current and complete.
Supporting the negotiation and resolution process for minor contract issues or disputes as directed.
Collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager & Project Engineer to ensure seamless contract flow and successful project delivery.
About You:
To be considered for the position, you will have
Demonstrative experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction industry
An understanding of standard Australian construction contracts and legal frameworks.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A positive mindset, keen to learn, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
